About My Work

I serve as a transformational coach, initiatrix, intimacy & relationship guide & mediator, spiritual guide, and energy healing practitioner through Trust Life, operating under The One, our Creator — “The Power that Gives Life, Heals Life.”

My work integrates multiple approaches and frameworks — including, but not limited to, shadow excavation work as an Existential Kink practitioner; NLP-inspired subconscious reprogramming methods from the late Dr. Robert D. McDonald’s Destination Method/Telos Institute; Internal Family Systems (IFS); German New Medicine (GNM); Integrated Somatic Inquiry (ISI); energy medicine; emotional alchemy; biological relating and polarity repair; intimate yoga and healing arts; breathwork; prayer; and ceremonial practices.

• This work complements but does not replace clinical care

• If you're currently under medical or psychological treatment, it's your responsibility to consult with your providers before engaging in this work

Personal Responsibility & Accountability

By participating in this work, you acknowledge responsibility for your own health, wellbeing, choices, actions, feelings, boundaries, and integration, including how you choose to understand and apply anything explored or received through these services.

This work includes a direct style of accountability. Venus may compassionately challenge your beliefs, patterns, interpretations, behaviors, or self-perceptions; offer reflections that may feel confronting or uncomfortable; and invite you into deeper self-inquiry and personal responsibility. You remain sovereign in determining what is true, useful, and appropriate for you, and agree to communicate when something feels outside your capacity or boundaries.

Venus commits to showing up in authenticity, integrity, compassion, and accountability throughout this work. She will honor your sovereignty and boundaries, communicate honestly, and take responsibility for her own conduct within the container.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is sacred. All personal information shared during sessions — whether verbal, written, or energetic — will be held in strict confidence. No information will be disclosed to third parties without your written consent, except where required by law.

I am not a licensed medical doctor, psychotherapist, or attorney. My offerings are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions, nor do they replace professional medical or mental health care.

This work is offered in the context of spiritual ministry and personal transformation — designed to support emotional insight, energetic balance, relational harmony, and soul alignment.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Deposits / Refunds

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• Once a coaching container has begun, payments made are generally non-refundable. If, following the first session, either you or Venus feels the container may not be a good fit, we agree to first communicate directly and explore whether the approach, focus, or structure of the work can be adjusted to better serve the intended purpose of the container.

• If, after that conversation, we mutually determine that continuing the work is not the right fit, the container may be ended and any payment attributable to unused sessions will be refunded.

• After this initial fit period, no refunds will be offered for unused sessions if you choose to discontinue the container. Venus remains committed to communicating openly and, where appropriate, renegotiating the approach within the agreed package timeline.

• Venus reserves the right to end the coaching relationship if she determines that continuing the work is no longer appropriate or within her capacity or scope. In such a case, any payment attributable to unused sessions will be refunded.

Cancellations / Rescheduling

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• For clients working within a package, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in one-half of a session being deducted from the remaining package sessions, except in the case of emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, at Venus’s discretion.

• No-shows will result in one full session being deducted from the remaining package sessions, except in the case of emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, at Venus’s discretion.

• In the rare event that Venus must cancel or reschedule, the affected session will be rescheduled and honored.

• Cancellations of individual sessions made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the session fee, except in the case of emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, at Venus’s discretion.

Packages / Payment Plans

• Payment in full is required prior to your first session unless otherwise agreed

• For payment plans, the first payment is due before your first session; remaining payments follow the agreed-upon schedule
