But here's what I know after years of doing this work: your relationship problems aren't communication problems. They're nervous system problems. They're unhealed trauma responses. They're two people trying to love each other from their wounds instead of their wholeness.

And both sides need support.

I work with women who are exhausted from being strong all the time and ready to remember how to trust and soften. I work with men who are tired of checking out and ready to show up. I work with couples who love each other but can't seem to stop hurting each other.

This isn't surface-level work. We go to the root of why you keep attracting the same patterns, why your nervous system responds the way it does, and what your body has been trying to tell you all along.

I'm trauma-informed, soul-aware, and I don't believe in spiritual bypassing. We work with what's real, what's present, and what's ready to shift.
